San Antonio Community Development Corporation (SACDC), is an Oakland based non-profit organization operating a Small Business Assistance Program that provides services for new and existing small and/or minority businesses.

It is a program for practical business consultation, research, economic analysis and service to small and minority businesses in the San Antonio Neighborhood Commercial Revitalization target area: between 14th and 28th Avenues along International Boulevard and East 12th Street with an emphasis on the 23rd Avenue corridor.
