The San Antonio Community Development Corporation (SACDC) has a contract with the City of Oakland CEDA to serve the business and property owners" located between 14th and 29th Avenues along International Blvd and East 12th with an emphasis on clients located in the 23rd Avenue corridor. The 23rd Avenue corridor is located along 23rd Avenue between East 12th St and Foothill Blvd and Foothill Blvd between 22nd and 28th Avenues. See Scope of Work for details.
